Synergy Power designs, installs and maintains renewable energy infrastructure with its own people. That is unusual in this industry. It means our engineers follow a project from survey to switch-on and come back for maintenance, rather than turning up for one day on a job someone else designed.
The work ranges from a family home to a council solar carport programme, so no two months look the same. You will work alongside experienced engineers, roofers and electricians, train on current equipment from the manufacturers we install, and be trusted to do the job properly rather than quickly.
We are growing across our Midlands, Northern and Southern regions. If you have the skills, or the attitude to learn them, we would like to hear from you, even if no advertised role matches exactly.

Electricians
Qualified electricians for AC installation, battery storage, EV charge points and commissioning, with NICEIC and MCS training provided.
Roofers
Pitched and flat roofing, re-roofs, repairs and solar-ready roofing as part of our in-house roofing crew.
Surveyors & designers
Site surveys, system design, SAP and SBEM coordination, and DNO applications.
Project managers
Programme and site management for commercial, public sector and multi-plot developer projects.

Are there vacancies right now?
We recruit throughout the year across our regions. Send your CV with your trade and region and we will tell you honestly whether there is a match now or likely to be soon.
Do I need MCS or solar experience?
Not necessarily. We can train qualified electricians and roofers on solar and storage, and apprenticeships start from scratch. Attitude and safety matter most.
Where would I be based?
Our regions are the Midlands from Coventry, the North from Leeds and the South from London. Projects can involve travel within a region and occasionally beyond it.
Are you an employer or an agency?
We are an employer. Our engineers, electricians and roofers are directly employed.
Do you offer apprenticeships?
Yes, in electrical and roofing trades, with real site experience alongside qualified colleagues from the first week.
What happens after I send my CV?
A call with the team lead for your trade, then a site or office visit. For trades, that includes a practical look at how we work. If there is a match, we make an offer of direct employment with kit, an induction and a training plan for your role.
