How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond within one working day. Every call is answered by a member of our UK-based Synergy Power team, not a call centre.
Do you cover my postcode?
We deliver commercial and public sector projects across England from our offices in Coventry, Leeds and London. For homes, we install across the Midlands. Give us your postcode on the enquiry form and we'll confirm on our first call whether we can help, along with likely site visit dates.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. We start with a free desktop assessment over the phone, followed by a free on-site survey if you would like a full proposal. There is no obligation and no pushy sales.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Your postcode, a recent electricity bill or a rough idea of your annual electricity use, and what you would like to achieve, such as lower energy costs, battery storage or EV charging. Photos of your roof and fuse board are useful but not essential.
Can you help with a system another company installed?
Yes. Our operations and maintenance team covers fault response and repairs, inverter replacement, panel cleaning and performance monitoring, including for systems installed by others.
