Information on this website

The information on this website is for general guidance. It is not advice about your property or business, and it does not form part of any contract. The right system, how it performs, what it costs and what it could save all depend on your building, your energy use and the equipment chosen, so we confirm these in writing after a survey or assessment.

We work to keep the website up to date, but products, prices, grants, tariffs and regulations change. We do not guarantee that every page is complete, accurate or current at all times.

Quotations and installation work

Any work we carry out for you is governed by the written quotation and contract we give you. Those documents set out the scope of work, the price, payment terms, your cancellation rights and the warranties that apply, and they take priority over anything on this website.

As an RECC-registered installer, our home installations follow the Renewable Energy Consumer Code.

Finance

Synergy Power Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1057567) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (Phoenix). Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender. Phoenix is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195), and offers finance from its panel of lenders. All finance is subject to status and credit checks. You can read more on our Finance Options page.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on this website. If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.
