Integral Memory PLC.
Six years of solar, storage and EV.
A phased, multi-site programme across London NW10 and Calverton, Nottingham, combining solar PV, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure and electrical upgrades. Between 2020 and 2026 we delivered 416 solar panels, six Tesla Powerwall 3 systems and four commercial EV charging ports.

A technology manufacturer,
a continually evolving estate.
Integral Memory PLC is a technology manufacturer and distributor specialising in computer memory, flash storage and data storage solutions. With energy-intensive facilities and long operating hours, the company needed a long-term plan to reduce its exposure to rising electricity prices and to show clear progress on sustainability.
This was never a single installation but a continually evolving portfolio. Each site had its own roof layout, electrical infrastructure requirements, operational constraints and growth plans. Any solution had to scale across new units and phases without interrupting business on a working manufacturing estate.
A phased roadmap,
one accountable partner.
We developed a phased roadmap that began with commercial solar PV installations in 2020 and expanded into additional arrays, battery storage systems, EV charging infrastructure and electrical upgrades. Each phase was engineered to integrate with existing assets and leave room for future expansion.
The equipment evolved with the client’s needs: Sharp and Trina PV modules, SolarEdge optimised architecture and Solis string inverters on the early phases, Tesla Powerwall 3 storage from 2024 and Rolec commercial EV charging infrastructure from 2026, all commissioned and monitored under a single partnership.
Across the programme we designed for roof loading, electrical integration, inverter performance, battery integration, monitoring, operational continuity and long-term asset performance, with capacity left for expansion, so each new phase could tie in without undermining earlier work.

Totals across the programme: 416 solar panels, 6 Tesla Powerwall 3 systems and 4 commercial EV charging ports.
Six years,
five major phases.
Every phase was delivered through detailed surveys, structural assessments, electrical design, project planning, phased installation, commissioning and ongoing monitoring. Work was programmed to minimise disruption across a live manufacturing estate.

Generation, savings and carbon
as recorded across the programme.
The existing project record states that the monitored systems have generated more than 374,000 kWh of renewable electricity, delivered estimated savings exceeding £140,000 and avoided more than 80 tonnes of carbon emissions. Per-phase figures recorded for the early arrays are 232,000 kWh, £55,000 saved and 44 tonnes of CO₂ for Unit 15, and 71,000 kWh and £17,000 saved for each of Units 6 and 8.
The Powerwall 3 systems increase self-consumption of on-site solar, the Rolec EV infrastructure prepares the estate for fleet electrification, and ongoing monitoring gives the client evidence for sustainability reporting.
Generation, savings and carbon figures are reported for the programme to date.
